i finally got the pins out of my finger this morning and i got some good happy pills so i'm doing alright out here. look at those veins.
since i was stuck in the house all day i decided to take this sweet photo for my hand. i was surprised my left hand was able to hold the camera long enough to take it.

instant fun. here is the first batch of photos i've taken with the new (old) polaroid sx-70. i have a feeling i'm going to enjoy this little toy from heaven.
this past weekend i got a little crazy and purchased an old polaroid sx-70. i can't wait to get some good use out of it. I was scheduled to get the pins taken out of my finger today but the powers that be gave me poison oak on the finger right next to my pinky. I'm beginning to feel like I will never get these things out.
it's a fiery crash, it's a recent formality.
my baja trip has been delayed due to several factors. A) pins are still in my pinky. B) camera jammed and needs repair. C) Alex and Maureen's wedding is next week.
I've quite enjoyed the life of a unemployed bum. It's really going to be hard to get back into this school thing after summer.

shot with my tilt-shift lens

i recently finished making a tilt shift lens for my 35mm camera and took it out this evening for an inaugural run in shell beach. I'll post some pics tomorrow. Also included is my new kiev 60 and as you can see it's a monster. look at it compared to the 35mm, i would say it at least 3x the size.
